Consulting Psychologist (GB)
Qualified as a psychologist (MA) in South Africa, he has practiced in a variety of work settings in his home country, England and Germany. Within the field of personnel development, he specializes in personal coaching and team development. In particular, he applies CareerConcepts™ in the field of career consultation and leadership development (consultation and training). He also specializes in resilience, stress reduction and crisis intervention.
Jason Kay follows a systemic approach and is a guest lecturer with the Systemic Training Institute (BIF) in Berlin, for their coaching program.
Furthermore he is trained as an independent consultant with Decision Dynamics in Stockholm, Sweden and with SHL Germany (leading international provider of psychometric assessments and assessment centers).
He is a founding member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Coaching Psychology, and member of the German Psychological Association (Berufsverband Deutscher Psychologen).
